As the rug is customized as per your liking, we do not provide free returns. However, under our warranty if there is any issue with the rug, we may fix, alter, replace or compensate for it. We reserve the right to take a final decision pertaining to any issue covered under our warranty, please read our terms of warranty carefully
PAYMENTS
Our payment gateway is secured via PayU and all the financial gateways on the website are managed by PayU hence, PayU’s terms and conditions apply on matters exclusively pertaining to services provided by PayU within the website. The rug being customized, we do not accept cash on delivery.
