Our Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy using them. We generally provide 3 years warranty with the goods that we ship, however we may extend the warranty if a customer wishes to on minimal extra cost. Please read all the care instructions that are provided by us. Warranty is a subject to the provisions that some natural variations occurring being a Handmade product are inherent to their character and not considered defects. Things like shedding is an inherent characteristic of handmade carpets and is not a manufacturing fault.
Exclusions:
Kaandla Rugs Ltd will not have any liability or obligation under this limited warranty, in case of,
- Any defect caused by misuse or abuse, neglect & improper application of the product.
- Damage caused by natural disasters.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair.
- Damage caused by improper storage of the product.
- Damage caused from shipment any person not authorized by us.
Limitations:
The cost of the repair or replacement shall not be higher than the purchase price of the product, transportation/installation charges would be borne by buyer.
Being a hand made product, we do not provide warranty on the look and feel of the rug, customers are advised to acknowledge the fact that there may be tolerance level of differences in the actual product as it is hand made. Some fabrics like viscose are not as fire retardant as wool, please contact us directly to know more about flammability of our carpets
About these Terms
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We many not post notice of modifications to these terms on this page.If there is a conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will control for that conflict.
These terms control the relationship between Kaandla and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.

You agree that the laws of Agra India, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of Agra,Indiaand you and Kaandla consent to personal jurisdiction in this court.
