DISPATCH
Usually we display a dispatch time of 15-20 working days on our website. However, at times due to production complacency, there might be a change in this schedule. We will inform the customer if there is a delay in the delivery of the product along with a valid reason pertaining to the same. We request you to please co-operate with us if you face any delay. We always strive to be on time or even before time with our delivery however because the product is hand made and made as per personalization done by the customer, it takes time for us to develop exactly what you are looking for. There would be no immediate monetary compensation in case of a delay which has been informed to the buyer, however we will try our best to compensate for the delay in the best suitable manner.
SHIPPING
Once the goods are dispatched, it may take anywhere from 1-5 working days for it to reach your address. However, any delay that arises due to logistic company’s end is not our responsibility as we do not provide this service from our end, our product warranty does not cover warranty under shipping and any dispute arising pertaining to logistics shall be dealt with in an applicable manner. We have an account with shipping agents like DHL, First Flight, DTDC, UPS etc and we may use either or of them or other to deliver your goods. We pack our goods responsibly and there are multiple layers of packing done before a rug is loaded to be shipped. We also provide complete handling instructions on our packaging and the carpet is rolled with the front rolled inwards. We charge extra for shipping because as mentioned we do not provide this service, however we have kept a standard minimal rate for the same, there may be cases where it may be costing us even more than quoted but our website shall not ask for any extra amount. However, if the difference is large we may ask the customer to bare the additional cost before we move into producing the carpet. A customer can decline the additional cost and we will refund the invoice amount within 10 working days
